What Type Of Coverage Do You Require?
Choose from one of the following options

Permanent Policy
Has no predetermined length of coverage. If you are concerned about potential long-term care issues-THIS is the policy you want to apply for.

The initial policy period will show 12 months. You will have the opportunity to change the mode and method of payment. This policy will remain in-force as long as you continue to make your premium payments. Click on the “Permanent Quote” button to the left to fill out our easy from and receive your quote quickly.

Renewable Coverage
Lasting from 2 weeks up to a maximum of 24 months. Choose this policy option if you want to only be insured for up to 24 months-THIS POLICY WILL NOT COVER LONG TERM CARE REQUIREMENTS OVER 24 MONTHS. You may sign-up for as little as a 2 week term and renew 1 more year and every year thereafter, but it will not cover longer term care for more than 24 months.
